Happy Birthday!

Yay! So as we all know that officially one hour and fourty-three minutes ago, Joseph Jonases 18th birthday ended. I was indeed at the concert they had in Syracuse yesterday on August 15th, 2007. So, let me tell you about that :]

My mom came home from work around 1pm & surprised me with some Starbucks :] We left as soon as she got home and headed off to Syracuse. It took us about...two hours or so to get to the Carousel Mall which might I add is HUGE! So we got to the mall around 2:30ish and went inside so we could eat, use the bathroom, ect. and get out of there as fast as we could. I was texting Krystle and she told me the line at the venue was LONG so I figured we should get going. We stopped at a little store in the food court, I got some Red Bull, my mom got some candy and we were off! It took us about ten minutes to get to the venue from the mall. My first few thoughts pulling up to the venue;

1. Wow! This place is really little..
2. The line is freaking hugeee!
3. I see a lot of teenies.

After we parked we got in line and I called Krystle and told her I was here. She told me that she was going to change first and then she'd come join me in line right after she was done. A few minutes later I met up with Krystle, Paula, and Krista & hung out with them for the three hours until doors opened. We went into the cafe that was right next to the venue because the other girls were hungry. While we were sitting down eating, the food we bought from the cafe I might add, these security lady walks up behind me and goes "Wow, you girls are sneaky!" to the other three. Previously when the girls were trying to use the restroom, this lady rudely kicked them out. But seriously, she has nerve to say something smart to us after we PURCHASED food IN the cafe? I think not. We ignored her and kept doing whatever we were doing.

I had to leave Krystle, Paula, and Krista about an hour or so before doors opened and went back in line with my mom. While in line I met my awesome new friends, Avery, Sarah & Amber! They're awesome, for reallll! I hung out with them the whole time and ended up sitting with them during the concert. The venue was small & seated, but we ended up getting second row on Nick's side, which wasn't a bad deal!

My mom had left to go get a drink and when she came back she told me, "Hey, remember the guy you took the plant picture with? He's out there alone, why don't you go say hey?" When she's talking about plant picture, she's talking about Chris Koon, one pretty rad guy. Avery, Sarah and I went into the lobby & chatted it up with Koon. We took another "cool" picture where we admired a very interesting lamp that was located on the ceiling above us. Quite interesting if you ask me ;] So, we talked to Chris for a bit about anything and everything and decided that we should back into our seats since Phil would be starting soon.

Finally it was time for our love, Phil Bensen to come on and we flipped out. Yes, we were the girls screaming histarically during Phil's set. We shouted out "I love you, Phil!" and he indeed shouted back, "No, I love YOU!". When it was time for the last song, Phil announced that he needed a clapper. I, started to jump up and down, scream and wave my hands. Phil looks at me and points, "You in the blue!" so Avery and I go to go onto the stage but this girl who had been sitting down the WHOLE time ran up on stage. Seriously honey, you think he pointed to you? Negative! Anyways, this girl did not know the words to the song, nor was she a good clapper. Brandon, the saxophonist himself, said that I would've been a better clapper.

Anywho, the Jonas Brothers came out to "Kids of the Future" as always and played a great set again, as always. They played.. *take note these are not in correct order*

Since it was Joseph's birthday show, Kevin announced that he had a surprise and Mr. & Mrs. Jonas brought out a cake for Joe. After he blew out the candles, Kevin announced that there was another surprise. August 15th, 2007 was also the 22nd Anniversery for Mr. and Mrs. Jonas(congrats!), so another cake was brought out. Kevin, unfortunatly, dropped this cake. It was actually quite funny. :]

Anywho, they played the rest of the songs and the show was over. Yes, there was a meet and greet which you had to buy another CD to get into. Not like I need anymore.. Anyway, Krystle, Paula, Krista and I waited until the veryyyyy end to get into the line. Which was a lot of waiting, if I do say so myself! There were tons of people there man. While walking up to the line, we saw Alyson! I hadn't seen her since Bamboozle so it was nice to see her again, I love that girl :] So after we talked for a bit, we got into line and walked up the stairs then to the table. Everything was normal, "Hey! *hug* thanks for coming, good to see you again!*signs CD* see you later!". When I went up to Joe, I gave him his birthday present. It was one simple scratch off card that got one big happy reaction. Joe gave me a big hug and was like "Sweet! Thanks!" and as I stood to the side waiting for the other girls to be done, Joe hit Rob on the stomach and was like, "Rob! Check this out, I got a scratch off card! This definitly means I'm eighteen!" and that put a smile on my face :]

After the meet and greet was over, we proceeded outside where I had to say goodbye to my lovely friends Krystle, Paula & Krista and headed home with Mom. We got home a few minutes before midnight and here I am at 2:05am blogging. :]

Well, I'm done now so I guess I'll catch ya later ;]

Hope you had an amazing birthday Joseph <3 I love you & you're one amazing kid, or should I say 'adult', who puts a smile on my face all the time :]

Loveyah!♥
